  • 425Hz is an overclock, not the fallback 400Hz setting.

AOC specifies 2560 × 1440 resolution and an overclocked 425Hz mode. Its own guidance recommends dropping to 400Hz if overclocking causes errors. The Mini LED backlight supports four dimming modes and VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certification.

The quoted 1,200-nit HDR peak applies to a 10% white window under manufacturer test conditions. AOC separately lists 700 nits for full-screen HDR white and warns that local dimming can produce halos around certain edges. These distinctions matter more than a single headline brightness figure.

Connections include two HDMI 2.1 inputs, DisplayPort 2.1 and a USB hub. Picture-in-picture and picture-by-picture support two sources, while the stand adjusts in height, tilt, swivel and pivot.
