  • Touch- and voice-operated surgical display
  • NVIDIA IGX Thor-based computing
  • Nexxis video and data connectivity

Brilliant Assistant, developed with SoftAcuity, provides touch and voice interaction at the display. NexxisCompute uses NVIDIA IGX Thor for local processing, while Nexxis AVoIP connects video and data across the installation.

The demonstration incorporated Mantyx for guidance such as anatomy recognition and procedure-phase detection, and PointCaré OnTarget for anaesthesia decision support. Barco’s article explicitly states that Brilliant Assistant and NexxisCompute were not yet available for commercial distribution.
