GX570 uses a 2048 × 2560 monochrome panel. EIZO specifies 2200:1 contrast, compared with 1700:1 for its predecessor, and a maximum luminance of 2500 cd/m². Instant Backlight Booster can temporarily raise brightness from the recommended 600 cd/m² operating setting before returning automatically.

An integrated front sensor supports calibration to DICOM Part 14. The range includes anti-glare and anti-reflection versions, plus a MammoDuo configuration with two screens on one stand. DisplayPort inputs and an output support daisy chaining. These are manufacturer specifications for a dedicated imaging device, rather than results of a clinical comparison.
