LG UltraGear evo pairs higher resolutions with new panel options
LG’s year-end announcement introduces three UltraGear evo displays spanning OLED, Mini LED and an expansive 52-inch format. AI upscaling is highlighted for two of the models.

The 39GX950B uses a 5K2K OLED panel, offering 165Hz at that resolution or 330Hz in WFHD mode. The 27GM950B combines 5K resolution with Mini LED backlighting and 2,304 dimming zones, switching between 165Hz at 5K and 330Hz at QHD.
The larger 52G930B is specified at 5K2K and 240Hz. LG assigns its advertised AI upscaling features to the 39-inch and 27-inch models; they should not be assumed for every display in the range.
