LG MAGNIT LMPD pairs Micro LED with NovaStar control for large installations
LG’s September US announcement adds a commercial LMPD model to the MAGNIT family, with configuration and monitoring handled through NovaStar’s COEX 5G platform.

The manufacturer describes Vision Management Platform software for screen setup, diagnostics and colour processing. An SFP+ fibre link can extend the distance between controller and display to 6.2 miles, offering flexibility when equipment cannot sit beside a large screen.
LG also lists HDR10 and HLG support, five-layer grayscale calibration and its FLAT module-alignment process. These are declared capabilities, not independent measurements of uniformity or image quality. The US presentation was scheduled for 15 September at Starpower in Dallas.
