ViewSonic VX pair offers a choice between dual-mode 4K and 240 Hz QD-OLED

ViewSonic’s US announcement presents two different approaches to 27-inch gaming. The VX2730D-4K prioritises selectable resolution, while the VX2738-2K-OLED uses a QD-OLED panel.

  • One announcement covers both models; local stock should be checked separately.

The VX2730D-4K switches between 3840 × 2160 at 144 Hz and Full HD at 288 Hz. The VX2738-2K-OLED instead combines 2560 × 1440 resolution with 240 Hz and a manufacturer-rated 0.03 ms GtG response time.

Both models offer a reduced 24.5-inch viewing area through the on-screen menu, plus HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort connectivity. Adaptive-sync support is included. The photograph shows the VX2738-2K-OLED.
